Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MixMatchy. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends, though delivery may occur on weekends depending on the carrier.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on Shopify’s real-time shipping rates.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

MixMatchy ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic Shipment Confirmation email from Shopify with your tracking number(s). Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MixMatchy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

MixMatchy is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging and damaged items for claim verification.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
