Returns

We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within the following timelines:

  • Within 30 Days of Ship Date: Receive a full refund to your original payment method. The return package must be postmarked within this period, and the merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
  • 31 to 90 Days of Ship Date: Returns are eligible for store credit only and will incur a return shipping fee, deducted from the store credit amount.

Returns generally take 3-5 business days to process once received. Please allow an additional 7 business days for a refund to post to your credit card account if applicable. Once your return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

Exchanges

At MixMatchy, we do not offer an exchange program. Instead, please start a return and place a new order. If your original order was placed with a coupon, the discount can only be applied to the same item in your new order.

Damaged and Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team before returning it so we can assist you appropriately. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery, and photos will be required to process any damage claims.

Refused Packages

If an order is refused, the original shipping cost plus the return shipping fee will be charged to cover the package's return to our facility. All orders shipped via USPS are subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Service” as outlined on USPS.com.
